There is not much we haven't done, or willing to try.<br><br>We look after our members, both in and out of game.<br><br><br></font><font size="12" color="#ffffff00">Recruitment is currently: Open/Selective<br>Experience required, Sorry newbies, but its unfair to throw you into the fire.<br><br>If you are looking to join STEMP, we have a few requirements:<br><br>- Attendance on alliance fleets several times a month<br>- ESI checks before joining<br>- ESI for Alliance and Coalition Services.<br><br>Please do not look to join if you do not have a sense of humor.
